In-Law Suites
Our clients required a remodeled first floor, with the addition of a mother in law suite and a more open concept. The clients had a desired cost range from $125,000.00 to $150,000.00. The client's kitchen was small and outdated, with no available eating space. There was insufficient lighting and outdated trim throughout the first floor. The flooring was in noticably bad shape throughout the house. The family also requested a mother-in-law suite added to the first floor.
We solved these problems with a 690 sq. ft addition and a remodel of the first floor. We fully remodeled the kitchen, adding a peninsula and breakfast bar. We opened up the existing family room to add more space and create a more modern, open concept room. We were able to add a mother in law suite with a full bath, and a laundry room to the first floor. Finally, we installed new flooring and trim throughout the entire first floor with painted doors, casing, and base. These renovations completely redefined the first floor of the home and made it a more modern, open living space.
